Popular Tags 500 Internal Server Error

Hi Guys,

I've just received a report from one of our users that the findPopularTags is throwing a 500 Internal Server Error. Here's an example:

Thanks Jason. I've heard that Related Tags has a similar issue however I am unable to reproduce the 500 error.

Just and update: we've identified where the problem is occurring. We're looking into possible fixes.
