[ANNOUNCE] Teams in API; Fix for FeaturedUser associations

Hi all,

First, we've added a new resource, Team, to the API, along with
associated methods: http://developer.etsy.com/docs/read/resource_team

Second, the missing associations on FeaturedUser have been replaced:

Hi Justin,

I notice that the Teams API returns results in alphabetical order. The
main site sorts in order of creation plus keyword search. Would it be
possible to add these search and sort features to the API plus a
partial Title search (*cult*)?
