let me say that I find the new Sandbox concept pretty annoying:
1. It has no data so I have to create test data myself.
2. As there is no web access to the sandbox I can write a script or
use apigee.com - which actually is quite cool. Why is there no web
interface? Why is there no possibility to mirror at least some data
from production?
So, I am testing a bit with apigee and have some questions:
1. How can I create a shop with the API? I don't find any method for
that?
2. I can create user address and delete them. However, when I run the
findAllUserAddresses it lists the deleted addresses again. Bug or an
explanation why it is this way?
To create a shop on the sandbox, first create a shop on Etsy. Then, connect to the sandbox using OAuth against the shop's member account. The shop will be copied to the sandbox.
We hope to provide a full web interface to the sandbox at a later date.
The userAddress problem is likely a bug; we'll investigate.

I believe it works now. It took 10-15 minutes for the shop to coy / propagate, and that could have been the problem. Maybe you should make a note for other people with same issue.
