findAllListingActive with tags param will return more results

Hi all,

We have fixed a minor issue with findAllListingActive when the
optional "tags" param is used.

The impact of this fix will be that results may contain some different
listings compared to previous calls/searches. In most cases there will
be more results than there were previously for the same API param
values. The results will still be relevant in the same ways, based on
the input parameters.

There will not be any structural changes to the API response.

The target deployment date is tomorrow: 17 May 2012.
