Blocking Etsy USERs at their request

Hi Etsy Team,

There's one seller with multiple shops that wants to be blocked from
the API feed. I'm sure that most developers have been contacted by
this Etsy user.

Is there a way for Etsy to block this person's Shop API & RSS Feeds
from Etsy side?
