I'm looking for a way that will enable putting Inline comments in an etherpad document, similar way like a google docs or a word document.

I don't use the other environments because i need the playback feature (history button).

I'm kind of new in the etherpad environment but as far as i could see the etherpad's text editing options do not support  inline comment (MS-Word or Google Docs style). I wonder if someone developed a kind of pluggin to it that provides this ability...?

This doesn't exist, you might want to file a plugin request on github.  I'd expect your best bet is to hire a freelancer to complete the work if you require it urgently.

Just some background on this before you begin  I look at implementing this a while ago and it ended up being a real mess because each line can basically have meta changeset data IE line 0 can have changeset data for the line IE "Hello world" and also it will have changeset data for the inline comments.  Removing a line will remove comments.  

Also I'd expect you would want the ability to toggle on/off comment visibility, this means comments have to have their own class and the dom has to be extended with each new comment added.

It's not a small job but it's doable.  It doesn't really make Etherpad more accessible though so imho it's lower priority than table support etc.

So at this point as enough people want this feature I suggest raising
a bounty against a feature/plugin request on github

The issue / feature request can be made here: https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite/issues

Any website you want can be used to raise the bounty, once it get's to
enough funding (I'd suggest this is a week or so's work) then a
developer might pick it up and develop it as a plugin. It's up to you
guys to create the bounty and promote it until you get enough funding.
