it's nice to meet you Vs it's nice meeting you. 
  Hi there, I read that we use " it's nice to meet you" for greeting and "it's nice meeting you" as a farewell. Is that true? and the same question for "It was nice to meet you" Vs " It was nice meeting you" ? Waiting for your reply. Thanks in advanced.
