What does this quotation mean to you?
'Life is what happens to you when you're busy making other plans.'
Guess who said it?
John Lennon, the English singer and songwriter(1940-1980)
How about another 4 questions:
1 How many jobs do you expect to have in your life?
1-3 4-7 8 or more
2 In 15 years' time,do you expect to be working more or less than
now?
3 At what age do you expect to stop working?
55 65 75
4 Do you see yourself as somebody who is spontaneous and live for the
moment or who thinks and plans for the future?
Please reply to as many as you like,no pressure whatsoever!;)
Thanks in advance and good day!
Best regards,
Claire

Hi Clare Oshiro Briana Raghu and all,
To answer your questions seriously,;)
1 I expect to have as many jobs as possible.
Sometimes I think actors are ever so lucky to live so many
different lives via acting provided they are devoted to their
careers,of course!
Then, think again.I believe I'll stay teaching for the rest of my
life as it's a quite rewarding job.
The pay isn't great, but the interactions with the students are
wonderful!!!
2 In 15 years' time,I expect to be working as much as now.;)
3 I expect to stop working until I can't physically.
Why?I can't imagine myself sitting around doing nothing productive!LOL
It makes me feel nicer when I find myself useful and helpful to others
and the society in general.
Time well spent is better than time killed!LOL
4Shameful to say,I'm not much of a planner at all!
I'm certain if I did,I would have achieved more in life...:(
But like I said before,I've been too lazy and too lack of
ambition...
What am I supposed to do to change this bad habit of mine?!LOL
Thank you for the questions and best regards,
Pln

It's so nice to know that you're on my side!LOL
My family had been making me feel very guilty of not living up with
their wishes and expectations...:(
I was some sort of a black sheep in the large family who was also the
highliest-educated among other relatives then.
Everyone, especially my dead father expected me to be a successful
businesswoman who could expand his business abroad...
Even though I have a good sense of business because of his genes,
I didn't feel happy while working in trading companies as an emplyee
or later owning my own import & export company...
It was a long and winding road following my own guts to be a teacher
and rmarry a foreigner...
I often remind younger people who have the same problems with their
families that it's your own life, and no one else but you can make
yourself happy!!!;)
Life is really much too short to waste on living others' dreams!
Good night!
