I was talking with us friend Mahmoud from Iran on the Istant Messenger, and he ask me.

What is your recommendation to learn English fluently  ?

I would have said a lot of thing but I´m not the best person for advices

I´m not fluent, and I´m work out for it.

I think that if you need to be fluenty then you will need to improve the conversation.
No conversation, no fluent...

In my opnion the best way to do that is making friends on SKYPE, MSN and so forth.

Good web sites that I recomend are:

http://www.sharedtalk.com/
http://www.livemocha.com/

and of course
http://www.eslpod.com/

and your.. What is your recommendation to learn English fluently ?

Take care.

Here some others people opinions:

http://www.antimoon.com/forum/2002/27.htm

I think the first steps are to get a good basic vocabulary and then a
basic grammar and to practice a lot. Afterwards, make as much skype/
penpals friends as you can to practice with, and to practice reading,
listening to podcasts and watching videos or movies that you can
understand enough well. You foreign friends not need to be native
speakers, just try to find well motivated learners as we.

Practice speaking and reading and writing every chance you can get.
It would be much better if you find a stage to present your English.

Good idea with skype! I'll be glad to speak with friends!
I have a offer. Maybe it'll be more productive to make theme for
discussing sometimes. I mean that we should make topic sometimes for
our skypecast.
Else I have some useful links:
http://www.englishforefl.com/hardcore-english-training-ways-to-speak-english-like-native-in-3-months/
http://myhappyplanet.com/

Sorry, if I wrote links, that you have know already.

Good idea with skype! it would be better to email members the theme to
be discussed ahead of time. Thus it will allow better preparation.

Hi people,

Read a nice aproach about how to be fluent..

http://effortlessenglishclub.blogspot.com/2007/12/power-of-narrow-reading-and-listening.html

Resume
"...read texts by one author, which helps ensure comprehension and
natural repetition of vocabulary and grammar..."
"...Don't Study Word Lists or Grammar Rules..."
"We acquire language....understanding messages, not....deliberate
memorization of rules of grammar and vocabulary..."

Bye people.
