Hi all,

My name is Dino Hsu, from Taiwan, I work in Avon Cosmetics as IT
Business Analyst, Asia Pacific. I have to speak English every day with
colleagues worldwide, so I keep improving my English ability from all
perspectives, including reading novels and understanding different
accents. I hope I can share my ideas to as well as benefit from
