Hello everyone,
More than a few years ago -- I don't even remember when, exactly -- Karen and I took a road trip down to Clive, IA to meet Perry and Stacie Mancini and take a gander at their American Eskimo Dog Rescue & Sanctuary. We left with Annabelle Joy, our second Eskie rescue dog. We had always had Siberian Huskies and American Malamutes in the past, so it took us a while to really understand that our Eskies were almost exactly like our Huskies, just in smaller bodies.... more »

I am located in Raven Va and there are no rescue groups here other than myself, there is an animal shelter here, but they are prone to just shoot strays in this area, ok I am pretty sure she was abused with a strap she is terrifed of a leash, even though she has a collar, I dont think she has been on a leash before, she has no clue about waslking on a leash, and she is not house trained... more »

Hello eskie shots and eskie people, I have a problem, I have not posted in a long time but I have been following the groups, I have a dog here, it was found at the dump by me, and its female, she isnt fixed, and she is skin and bones, well, after 1/2 bowl of food and some water she is basically just bones, its not an eskie, she has a docked tail, less than 2 years old maybe younger but she listens really well, some one basically dumped her at the dump,... more »
