I am located in Raven Va and there are no rescue groups here other than myself, there is an animal shelter here, but they are prone to just shoot strays in this area,

ok I am pretty sure she was abused with a strap she is terrifed of a leash, even though she has a collar, I dont think she has been on a leash before, she has no clue about waslking on a leash, and she is not house trained

Other than that , I give her like half cup of food this morning and I am positive she hasnt been fed on a regular basis, she likes to play now she isnt sure about sqeeky toys but caught on pretty quick, She dont chase cats even out side,
