We have a Really old Eskie boy , Sparky who was found wandering the streets in FL. We have no idea how old he is (my estimate is that he was Methuselah's first puppy). He has foundered and recovered many times. When he foundered on Easter, we were sure that it was his last. He started biting his rear legs, bared them raw. We started with bathing, added antibiotics and allergy meds, along with canned dog food, belly band for potty, daily attempts to get him limbered and walking. The past two Fridays were to be his last full days, but he responded favorably each time. Today, he not only walked with help, but rose and again walked on his own after falling, what a guy!

Thank you. BTW Sparky is kicking A** today, roaming the house, underfoot as badly as a puppy and we cannot be happier.
