[SOCIS2012] Final evaluations - final transfers

Dear all,

The deadline for sendign the evaluation was yesterday. I received 19
evaluations (see the list below) out of 23 applications. On the
overall, the projects seem to be successful and we are happy to see
that a vast majority enjoy the program and improve many open sources
projects connected to the space domain.
Unfortunately, we are missing 4 evaluation and we assume that these
projects were not successful because of problems either with the
student or the mentoring organization.

We will issue final transfer orders on Monday according to mentor
organization evaluation.

Finally, the program is not yet finished and we hope students will
continue to work hard until the end of the program ... and beyond !
