[SOCIS2012] Final evaluation deadline

Dear all,

We are approaching the final deadline for the program and we all hope
all of you enjoy the program. Also, I take the opportunity to reming
projects mentors that the submission deadline for sending the final
evaluation is the 20/10/2012 and that due to administrative
constraints, we cannot postpone it.

For that reason, I invite you to submit the final evaluation form by
e-mail on the 20/10/2012 at the latest. If you have any question, or
did not receive the evaluation form, please ask.

code period should end by October 28, evaluation shall be sent before the end of October 30. I planned the work with my student keeping in mind those deadlines, so I'm a bit surprised that now I have 10 days less than expected.

So the question is: which is the correct timeline? Why has it changed?

Hi Stephano,

Thanks for your feedback and pointing the error. Unfortunately, due to
administrative concerns and to make sure payment starts on time, we
are required to provide the list of students that completed the
program in advance. For that reason, we request to get the final
evaluation before. Hope you will be able to manage that issue.

28/10: Coding period ends.

Hello,

Thank for your feedback and suggestion ! However, even if we ask the
evaluation is done before the end of the program, the coding period is
planned to continue until end of October. We hope that student do not
code only to get a good evaluation and a positive feedback to receive
the reward but are also pleased to continue working on their assigned
project.

For that reason, the end date for the coding period did not change and
we hope everybody will continue until this date and ... beyond !
