Hey Aditya,

Certainly you have to do it like a experiencial blog written in Howto style, as we all get only tally certified people in job market, so what you did to get them started and consume the accounts ability provided by ERPNext.

Similar exp for different parts of your business and how you addressed training the internal staff to adopt to new software driven business process.

Sharing this info shall lead to higher adoption and offcourse help those SMEs to save themselves from the cult of proprietary software :-)

That will be an interesting topic too -- accountants don't want to experiment with new software and its totally understandable - I think the management needs to step in and be firm.
