Project deprecation

To all Erlware users,

We are in the process of doing some Spring cleaning and have decided we are going to deprecate a few projects that are not currently actively maintained. If there is a specific project that you would like to see live on, we are open to figuring out a way to keep the project going. 

cryptographic is being deprecated but will be replaced by ecrypt.

The following will be completely deprecated and not replaced:

crary

crary_dav

crary_dir_listing

erlang_expat

fconf

tercio
