hi,

next erlounge is wednesday the 14th of october.

i'll talk about an event queueing mechanism that i've written for
processing asynchronous events via RabbitMQ and persisting them in
CouchDB. I use it from perl and erlang to process various stages of
the message and it demonstrates quite nicely how one can use a message
passing infrastructure to build scalable applications - programming
language independent.

When: Wednesday, 14th October, 6PM
Where: Catalyst IT Level 3
What: RabbitMQ and CouchDB for queueing
