Hi all

I am trying to build Erlang for Windows and want to generate the tests cases
to run them too. I have gotten the installer to work and pointed my ERL_TOP
to the install directory under Program Files but when I try to run
./otp_build tests -a I get an error stating that mk/otp_ded.mk is not found.
How can I generate that make file from the otp_ded.mk.in file?
