嗯嗯嗯，俺想说的是，任务的发布得通过大家的评议的吧，
就和一般软件开发一样，
在目标达成共识后，

每个阶段的目标，每个阶段目标的分解任务，
都应该在全体理解的情况下才可以成为接受的任务的吧，，，，
否则，只要有权限的人，都可以在此维基中追加任务，
无法保证是合理，吻合设计的哪，，，，

建议，每周，进行一次当前任务列表进度说明:
- 通告成果
- 讨论困难
- 评审新需求／任务

以上,可以在列表中，也可以在IRC 中
已经建立了 freenote 的房间 #erlbattle
