All,

I need some suggestions on a specific route for Frontier Park area.
About a 1 mile loop. Please send me the actual suggested roads. Lets
meet at the tennis courts at Frontier Park at 6 PM on Thursday. We
have driven the area and were thinking a loop around the Erie Day
School block would work. Send any suggestions to me.
tmille...@yahoo.com. Bring flashlights! They will be needed as
some of the streets are dark. See you then.

If we didn't want to run through the neighborhood, the "loop" around the park is just shy of 1 mile. It's lit and wide enough for 2-3 people across.  Just a thought!  By the way this past Thursday was my first Thursday out.  I had a blast, thank you so much for setting this up.  It's just what I needed to keep me motivated this winter.

I live right there. You can just go around the Park .. and that is about one mile. I agree. If you want to include the neighborhood, you can go into the neighborhood .. you can run down one of the roads right by the tennis coards (like Froniter .. all teh way to South Shore and then back up Seminole or Mohawk. This will give you an additional 1/2 mile or so. Also allows you to run by some fabulous homes on the water. It is a quite neighborhood as far as cars go .. so you can stay in the street if you are careful.

I'm still nursing by knee .. but, ran a few miles this week and I was ok. So, I'll try ot make it out as well.

Thank you again for organizing.

Tara

another thought would be to run to state street and back on the
bayfront its a 2 mile one way from the tennis courts to state around
trip 4 miles. with car lights along the bayfront it should give enough
light to run.
