I'm with Rick on this one - except for the shoes and socks part!
The most "tech" I use is a watch.
I travel light when I run - no music, no GPS, no shoes! Just me and
the road.
Although a SMOOTH road is always nice! (Sorry, Heather - couldn't
resist!)
