New Website

I have created a new website that allows you to view all of the layouts without having to run ergoemacs-extras.  It is here:

http://mlf176f2.github.io/ErgoEmacs/

Its not pretty, but it is what is currently generated under my layout.  It will need to be updated eventually.

I've to continue working with ErgoEmacs logo, and maybe I can fork your repo and try to do some CSS, what do you think?

Sounds good to me. If you make changes, we can try to put them  into ergoemacs-extras so that the complete website is genetated from the layouts and variants combined with the Readme.org.

David could you send me the logo so I can incorporate it into the design.
