Palette Award deliveries must be made to the delivery entrance at the museum. That's the loading dock on the north side of the building. Do not take it in the front door. You will be turned away.
Palette Award delivery times are ONLY:
November 16, Friday, 11AM to 1PM
November 17, Saturday, 11AM to 1PM
Do not show up before 11AM. Museum staff will turn you away.
If you show up at 11AM, be prepared to wait. It takes a while to process each entry.
Some of these rules were created by our organization, some are rules of the Arnot Art Museum. If you don't like the rules, don't take it out on AAM staff or ERAS volunteers. Bring up your suggestions at future meetings of the Elmira Regional Art Society.
See you Friday or Saturday, and may you all succeed !
Thank you.
