 Hello ERAS Exhibiting members,
Here's a reminder that the deadline for the Palette Award delivery is approaching soon.
Mark your calendars with these (corrected) dates and times:
Delivery dates:         November 16 & 17 (Friday and Saturday), 11AM to 1PM
Jury:                           November 24
Opens to public:        November 27
Reception:              December 6 (Thursday evening), 5-7PM
Retrieval dates:        January 4 & 5 (Friday and Saturday), 11AM to 1PM    
We have two volunteers to help receive artworks at the museum on Friday, November 16.
We would like to ask for two volunteers for each of the following days:November 17, Saturday, 11AM to 1PMJanuary 4, Friday, 11AM to 1PMJanuary 5, Saturday, 11AM to 1PM
Please remember that ERAS members are encouraged to bring a dish to share at the reception.
