Slime + EQL + me: not really best friends?

My Slime integration has always been a hack (and still is), although
for me, it's finally stable now, on all 3 platforms, but only with
these respective versions:
Unix, OSX: ECL 11.1.1, 12.2.1 / Slime <= 2011-11-01
Windows: ECL 11.1.1 / Slime 2010-06-01
