3.x code base is now in the svn trunk

Hi all,
The EpubCheck 3.x code base has been migrate to the subversion repository's trunk [1] (it was previously sitting in its own branch [2]).
A simple "svn update" command on the trunk should get you the new files. If you have trouble updating, please check out a new version.
Future developments of 3.x versions will be committed to the trunk from now on.
