I wanted to tell you what an extraordinary experience it has been to collaborate, connect and communicate with so many eportfolio enthusiasts in the MOOC during the month of August.
The way in which the community has come together in the Ning environment has been quite exhilarating. Several hands make light work of the refreshing of the site now - with photos coming in, videos shared and a wealth of exchange in the forums. The blog has been buzzing with the escapades and reflections from talented members and we've been on the look out for more of the MOOCmen and MOOCmaids in the site, in the webinars and on the web.
The Resource Kit is full of really useful stuff and we are adding to it continually. The webinars have been most popular and we get our regulars coming back for more, and we're now welcoming newcomers to the delights of sharing in real time. Our MOOC SCOOPs help to set the scene for the week and enable a short printout of things to do. There is a growth in the amount of reflection being done by participants in their blogs and a number of them are also beginning to share and showcase their eportfolios.
We have one more month to focus on the MOOC activities and many more webinars to attend - its not too late to join in - we encourage you to step into the learnspace and delve a little deeper.
