Hello All,
I would like to say thank you all for your information. Though I
cannot make an official announcement at this time, I would like all of
you to know that no matter what the zipcode, it appears - *** appears
*** - that more people with seizures are seizing 24-48 hours prior to
severe weather changes.
It also appears that more epileptics are seizing during the spring and
the fall.
What does this mean? Is it barometric pressure? Is it humidity?
Temperature changes? These are very delicate questions and I don't
have the answers. But I do hope that thus far, this information is
comforting to those who wonder if they and their loved ones are the
only ones with weather contributing to seizure activity. There is no
debating if it is a factor now. Just a matter of proving which factors
increase the activity.
Wishing all of you well,
John Coyle
