EO-1 Tasker Help Page Data Acquisition Request (DAR) FAQ/Help Page Beginning 15 June 2009, the EO-1 spacecraft will accept requests for targeting from the USGS Data Acquisition Request (DAR) web page. Questions about those requests and how they are treated by the EO-1 project at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center are to be posted here. This page is moderated by the EO-1 project and answers provided are shown below in the Frequently Asked Questions list. To ask a question click on the "+ new post" button at the bottom right of the page (or click here). If you do not have a google account, you can either request one on the new post page or you can send an Email to the group mailing list eo1-usgs-tasker-help-page@googlegroups.com. Frequently Asked Questions Q1. Will NASA continue the policy of giving three tries to obtain the least cloudy image of a requested target? A1. No, each user will receive one chance at one location per week. If their target is selected by the automated system, that image will be provided at no cost to the user, but that target will not be re- selected automatically for any future tasking. If the image provided is too cloudy, the user should re-submit another DAR in a subsequent week to request a repeat collect.
