Green Room for Students



Green Room is ready to receive students from August 21. This space is
partially created from reused materials and will become a place for students’
gatherings and discussions on environmental issues.



The idea of founding a Green Room came from students who were participants
of the competition „Make your university green”, which was organized within
Waste Management Technologies in Regions, Phase II project framework.  The
WMTR II program and Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University helped the
students to implement the idea.



WMTR II was launched with financial support from USAID on 18 March 2017. The
program is implemented by CENN in three regions – Kakheti, Adjara A/R, Shida
Kartli and in the City of Tbilisi.
