18 ივნისს, CENN-ის ორგანიზებითა და ევროკავშირის, USAID-ისა და ავსტრიის განვითარებისა სააგენტოს (ADC) მხარდაჭერით, ქალაქ თბილისში რეგიონული კონფერენცია - მწვანე ეკონომიკა და ინკლუზიური ზრდა სამხრეთ კავკასიაში გაიმართა. ღონისძიება ჰიბრიდულ ფორმატში გაიმართა და მას 150-მდე ადამიანი დაესწრო სახელმწიფო, კერძო, არასამთავრობო და აკადემიური სექტორებიდან.
ღონისძიების მიზანი იყო, განეხილა არსებული ტენდენციები, გამოწვევები და შესაძლებლობები ისეთი სფეროების განვითარებისათვის, როგორებიცაა:
ღონისძიების მსვლელობისას განხილული იქნა არსებული გამოწვევები და მათი გადაჭრის გზები აღნიშნულ სფეროებში ევროკავშირის, საქართველოსა და სომხეთის საუკეთესო გამოცდილების გათვალისწინებით.
ღონისძიების მსვლელობისას წარმოდგენილი იყო ის ახალი პროექტები და ინიციატივები, რომლებიც ხელს უწყობს მწვანე ზრდას სხვადასხვა სფეროში და, კერძოდ, ახალგაზრდული მეწარმეობის, მწვანე ტურიზმისა და ბუნებრივი და ენერგორესურსების მდგრადი გამოყენების მიმართულებით.
ასევე, ღონისძიების მეორე დღეს, 19 ივნისს, გაიმართა მწვანე და სოციალური საწარმოების გამოფენა, რომლის დამთვალიერებლებსაც შესაძლებლობა ჰქონდათ, ადგილზე გაცნობოდნენ 62 სხვადასხვა საწარმოს საქართველოს 7 რეგიონიდან და დაეგემოვნებინათ და შეეძინათ ეკოლოგიურად სუფთა, ადგილობრივი წარმოების საინტერესო პროდუქცია. დამატებით, სტუმრებისათვის ადგილზე იყო შეთავაზებული მასტერკლასები ნარჩენების ხელმეორედ გამოყენებაში, ხატვაში, იოგაში და სხვ.
რეგიონული კონფერენცია მწვანე ეკონომიკა და ინკლუზიური ზრდა სამხრეთ კავკასიაში და გამოფენა გაიმართება 18-19 ივნისს, ექსპო ჯორჯიას საგამოფენო სივრცის მე-3 პავილიონში. კონფერენცია და თანმდევი გამოფენა იმართება CENN-ის მიმდინარე პროექტების: (1) „EU4Youth - სოციალური მეწარმეობის ეკოსისტემების განვითარება (SEED) მწვანე ზრდისთვის“ საქართველოსა და სომხეთში, (2) USAID-ის ევროპისა და ევრაზიის ბიუროს, ეკონომიკური განვითრების, მმართველობისა და საწარმოთა ზრდის (EDGE) პროექტის მიერ გამოყოფილი გრანტის ფარგლებში მხარდაჭერილი ინიციატივა საქართველოში, სომხეთსა და აზერბაიჯანში „ციფრული კავკასია“ და (3) ავსტრიის განვითარების თანამშრომლობის სააგენტოს (ADC) მიერ დაფინანსებული პროექტი „ტყის მდგრადი მართვა სოფლის განვითარებისათვის“ - ფარგლებში.

On June 18, supported by the European Union, USAID and the Austrian Development Agency (ADC), CENN has organized a regional conference on Green Economy and Inclusive Growth in the South Caucasus in Tbilisi, Georgia. The event was held in a hybrid format and was attended by about 150 people from the public, private, non-governmental and academic sectors.
The main goal of the event was to discuss existing trends, challenges and opportunities for the development of fields such as:
During the event, the existing challenges and ways to solve them were discussed, taking into account the best practices of the EU, Georgia and Armenia in the above mentioned fields.
Within the panel discussions, new projects and initiatives were presented that promote green growth in various fields, in particular, youth entrepreneurship, green tourism and sustainable use of natural and energy resources.
Also, on the second day of the event, June 19, an exhibition of green and social enterprises was held, whose visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with 62 different enterprises from 7 regions of Georgia and to taste and buy ecologically clean, interesting products of local production. In addition, on-site masterclasses were offered to guests on waste reuse, painting, yoga, and more.
Regional conference Green Economy and Inclusive Growth in the South Caucasus has been hold within CENN’s ongoing projects: EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) for Green Growth in Borderline Communities, funded by the European Union, Sustainable Forest Management for Climate Resilient Rural Development, supported by the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC), Digital Caucasus, implemented via a grant awarded by the USAID Bureau for Europe and Eurasia, Economic Development, Governance and Enterprise Growth project.
