The petition demands that the five nations join the
new treaty and remove the nuclear weapons.
The new treaty prohibits the development, production,
testing, acquisition, storage, transport, stationing,
and use of nuclear weapons, and the threat of them.
With the inclusion of the prohibition treaty
in international law, the legitimacy of nuclear weapons
is withdrawn.
