Hello all friends of peace that have
signed the Call against the militarization of the Baltic!
We have unfortunately not yet been
able to raise some money for a "Conference" in Helsinki concerning the situation
in the Baltic. But we are not giving up.
In Sweden there are some plans for a
smaller gathering early spring. We will keep you informed about
that.
In the mean-time some semi-good news
from Finland about what people think of NATO membership.
The good news:
59 % of Finns say NO to NATO
membership
21% no opinion
20 % YES.
The bad news:
Opinion about Finland co-operating with
NATO:
14 % very positive
41 % rather
positive
