Half of all coral reefs in the world could be threatened by 2035.

To Save Coral Reefs, We Must Fight Climate Change. Tell Congress to Limit Greenhouse Gas Emissions!

Last month, the U.S. Congress passed an incredibly important piece of legislation. Lawmakers from both major political parties actually agreed to protect coral reefs, marine ecosystems, and marine wildlife from the effects of climate change!

This is incredible news! However, we can't make progress on defending marine ecosystems if we allow climate change to continue unchecked.

Climate change is one of the biggest contributors to coral bleaching and environmental destruction in the ocean. Scientists predict that more than half of the world's coral reefs will be threatened within the next 12 years.

The oceans cannot survive if our planet's climate continues hurtling out of control.

Congress must commit to lowering the U.S.'s greenhouse gas emissions now! Sign the petition to save the Earth!

P.S. Congress must continue its excellent work to protect coral reefs and marine ecosystems, and now go further. Sign the petition.
