Dear colleagues,
I would like to inform of you of the two upcoming capacity-building workshops to be held in Yerevan on 11-12 May and in Tbilisi on 14-15 May 2020 on data solutions for evidence-based policy and stakeholder collaboration.
The objective of both these workshops is to identify key elements needed to develop data solutions to support energy transition of buildings for a chosen territory, based on the case study of the respective territory and insights from international experience. The workshops are intended for policy makers, representatives of executive authorities at the national, regional and city levels, statistical office representatives, urban planners, utilities and grid operators, building management companies, architects, engineers, researchers. The content of the workshops will be similar (you can find the concept and a draft agenda under the tab Documents at the respective websites) but adjusted to the conditions in Armenia and Georgia respectively.
Participation of experts from other countries in these workshops is possible. Please note that UNECE will not be in a position to provide financial support for this participation. If you are interested in participating in one or both of these workshops please contact me directly.
