The conditions
that lab animals are confined in — their bodies are injected,
burned, and abraded — are so horrific that consumers around
the world are standing up and demanding that brands stop
testing on animals. Even better, testing on animals is no
longer necessary: scientists have developed other effective
ways of proving products' safety. As a result, many cosmetic
and skincare products are now being labeled as "cruelty free,"
but not all of them are telling the truth.
Such is the case with Neutrogena, Aussie, Herbal
Essences, and Dove.
For many years, the Chinese
government required all foreign cosmetics companies to test
their products (including make-up, lotion, soaps, and
shampoos) on animals before selling within mainland China.
This also applied to brands that boast to the American public
about being supposedly "cruelty free" — such as Neutrogena and
Dove — meaning they weren't actually completely
cruelty-free. Luckily, in March 2021, the Chinese government
announced that their mandatory animal testing laws will be
removed! Now it's time for every animal-testing corporation to
finally drop animal testing for good. Sign the petition to demand that Neutrogena,
Aussie, Herbal Essences, and Dove go fully cruelty-free and
stop testing their products on animals,
now!
Thank you,

P.S.
Neutrogena, Dove, and several other companies have been
claiming to the American public that they do not test their
products on animals, but that wasn't 100% true. Sign the petition now! |
