countries and has delivered 40 million vaccine

Security Council the 3,700-member peacekeeping
force must remain in the special administrative
status Abyei area for now rather than exiting.
Initiating an exit strategy would require "good
neighborly relations between ... Sudan and South
Sudan and the parties reaching an agreement on
the final status of the Abyei area with the
support of the region, the African Union and the
