working together, united in action, that we can
ensure a sustainable and healthy future for
all."
Hear from the Chief of Government
of the City of Buenos Aires, Horacio
Rodríguez Larreta, in the final Thought
Leadership feature ahead of the C40 Summit.

Ahead of the C40
Summit, we are exploring Spaces in the
City of Buenos Aires that build climate
resilience and benefit the local
community.
The latest feature
explores Rodrigo
Bueno, a neighbourhood that the
city has redeveloped sustainably through a
social, cultural and urban integration
project. By involving the community in all
stages of the project, the city has
improved residents’ wellbeing, created green
jobs, increased recycling and
reduced emissions from housing.

incredible artists to depict a world
where climate action, equity and inclusivity is
at the heart of
communities.
Courn Ahn, a
designer and illustrator based in
Portland, Oregon, reflects on
how their experience as a queer Korean-American
has served as inspiration for the social justice
advocacy in their work. Artist Tessa Chong,
from Gadigal Country,
Australia, has created a piece about
making a new, more sustainable way of living in
our modern cities. | |
