UNIDO Regional Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP)

On 27 May 2016, the Mtskheta-Mtianeti Governor’s Office of Georgia, which is
based in Mtskheta City, will host a Forum on Resource Efficient and Cleaner
Production (RECP) (address: Mtskheta City, Antiokia Str. #7).



The Forum will be arranged under the UNIDO Regional RECP Demonstration
Project, which is a component of the Greening Economies in Eastern
Partnership Countries (EaP GREEN) Program.



The purpose of the Forum is the promotion of the RECP in the
Mtskheta-Mtianeti Region. RECP methods, opportunities for their application
in Georgia, potential economic and environmental benefits will be topics of
the event. In addition, practical case studies on RECP measures implemented
in Georgian enterprises will be presented. The agenda of the meeting is
enclosed.



Representatives of governmental, non-governmental and private sectors, and
scientific institutions of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Region will attend the Forum.
