ECOLISE опубликовал новый научный отчет, в котором представлены убедительные доказательства критической роли инициатив, проводимых местными сообществами, в предоставлении эффективных решений для климатических и экологических проблем. 

Он показывает, как сообщества находятся на переднем плане трансформационных изменений, о которых сообщают последние отчеты МГЭИК и IPBES. Доклад «Изменяя будущее» объединяет данные из нескольких источников, предоставляя исчерпывающие современные знания об инициативах сообществ (CLI) по всей Европе. 

В отчете содержатся политические рекомендации для перехода к устойчивым, инклюзивным сообществам и культурам с нулевым уровнем выбросов углерода.
