--According to AFP, the day after the disappointing Energy council meeting on the European Energy package (supposed to promote renewables and end coal subsidies) Poland opened the largest coal power plant in Europe.Because of the dirty deal between Poland and Germany on capacity mechanisms ( at least this what we understood), this power plant will be able to receive public money under the capacity mechanisms...Should we do some noise around it? :)Best regards,Neil
