But in a few days we could stop this bee die-off ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

two hands holding a pile of dead bees.

Bees are dying off at record rates -- and a new study just revealed farmers are being sold pesticides that are killing twice as many bees as previously thought.

That's why we've joined beekeepers across Europe to collect one million signatures for a European Citizens' Initiative (ECI), which could force the EU to take urgent action to ban Bayer's toxic pesticides and save the bees.

But there's a problem -- thanks to COVID it’s been difficult to collect signatures in person, and the deadline is coming up at the end of this month.

We're so close... just 245,000 signatures to go -- will you take one minute and chip in $2 to fund a final digital ads push to put us over the top and save the bees?

If you’ve saved your payment information with SumOfUs, your donation will go through immediately:

Out of the 100 crops that provide 90% of the world's food, 70 are pollinated by bees. So if we don't act fast to protect them from the pesticides causing their collapse, we're at risk too.

That's why this ECI is so important -- if we succeed, we'll set in motion new ironclad protections for bees across Europe, setting the stage for further action around the globe.

The ECI process was always going to be an uphill climb -- we need to gather one million signatures from more than seven European countries. The process for collecting them is burdensome, and it’s followed by a rigorous analysis to make sure every single signature is valid.

But it’s worth it. With the help of an ECI, the European Commission has promised to end caged farming in Europe! And if we can show European politicians that there is a massive movement fighting to save the bees, they will finally be forced to act.

We've got fewer than 2 weeks to get the final signatures we need -- but you can fund this final push to save the bees. Will you chip in today?

Thanks for all that you do,
Christian and the SumOfUs team
