thwart progress on much needed climate action
legislation with a forced vote intended only to divide
Democrats. Our strategy is to be loud and clear with our
senators so they cannot ignore what polling has showed —
a majority of Americans from all backgrounds and
political parties support the Green New Deal.

more congressional support for the Green New Deal
resolutions.
The naysayers are doing everything they can to stop
our momentum. Some are afraid to take bold, brave
action, but we know we cannot afford to be cautious
right now. Too many of our communities are already
feeling the brunt of climate change from deadly
disasters like wildfires and flooding to the inequality
that forces vulnerable communities to live with toxic
pollution.
Donald Trump and the GOP continue to spread malicious
lies, vilify climate scientists, and exploit our labor
in service of corporate polluters. Their strategy is to
sow fear and discord, but our strategy is that we
are brave, we are powerful, and we are capable of
creating the change we need when we come together in
action.
