A message from the leader Progressive Impact Sign the Petition to Members of Congress Posted By: Progressive Impact (campaign leader) This week, the Trump Administration argued that it would be too expensive and difficult to reunite the thousands of forcibly separated migrant children with their parents.  As part of a zero-tolerance immigration policy, the Trump Administration ordered border patrol to forcibly separate children from their parents, with the children being sent into foster care around the country. US courts have ruled the forced separation of migrant children from their parents illegal and a human rights violation, but the Trump Administration refuses to reunite the children with their parents.  Make no mistake, "the forcible separation of children from their parents" is kidnapping and is absolutely unconscionable. We must stand together and stop the Trump administration from destroying the lives of thousands of innocent children.
