In just eight days, people on all seven
continents (yes, even Antarctica!) will be coming
together in schools, community centers,
workplaces, and living rooms for 24 Hours of
Reality: Truth in Action, a global
conversation about the climate crisis – and what
we can do together to address it. |
We hope you’ll be able to attend a local event in your
community to learn from one of our trained
Climate Reality Leaders about the climate crisis
and the solutions available today. Any
presentation marked as a “Public Presentation” is
open to the public.
Why attend? We all want to make a difference
on climate – and one of the most important things
you can do is also the simplest.
Research shows that just talking about
the climate crisis with your friends and
family makes a difference in breaking through
political and tribal identities and helping people
recognize the truth right in front of us.
By attending a Truth in Action
presentation, you’ll learn about the science
of climate change and the solutions in our hands.
You’ll leave knowing not just what the climate
crisis means for you, but how to talk about what’s
happening with your friends and family.
This is how real change begins, one
conversation at a time. It’s our chance to make
2019 the year the world woke up. The year we got
serious about solving the crisis. And it all
starts with you.
