ევროკავშირის მხარდაჭერით, ახალგაზრდობის მსოფლიო დღესთან დაკავშირებით, CENN-მა შიდა ქართლში, კახეთსა და სამცხე-ჯავახეთში მცხოვრები ახალგაზრდებისთვის კონკურსი ახალგაზრდები თემისთვის ჩაატარა.
კონკურსის შედეგად გამოვლინდა 4 გამარჯვებული შემდეგ კატეგორიებში:
მოხარული ვართ, რომ გაგაცნოთ ისინი!
იიმან ბორჩაშვილი ახმეტის მუნიციპალიტეტში, კერძოდ პანკისის ხეობაში ცხოვრობს და სოფელ დუისის საჯარო სკოლაში სწავლობს. იიმანი გარემოს დაცვის საკითხებით პირველად 2018 წელს დაინტერესდა, მაშინ, როდესაც ნიკო კეცხოველის სახელობის სასკოლო პრემიაში ჩაერთო და მას შემდეგ, მეგობრებთან ერთად, აქტიურადა ჩართული გარემოსდაცვითი პრობლემების მოგვარებისკენ მიმართულ საქმიანობაში.
ნიას მიზანია, რომ ეკოტურიზმისა და გასტროტურიზმის განვითარებით, ხელი შეუწყოს ძამის ხეობის ტურისტული პოტენციალის პოპულარიზაციასა და ადგილობრივი თემის გაძლიერებას.
გიორგი ქალაქ გორში ცხოვრობს და ბავშვობიდან აქტიურადაა ჩართული მოხალისეობრივ საქმიანობაში. მისი ინტერესები მრავალფეროვანია და ყველა მათგანი ახალგაზრდებისა და საკუთარი თემის განვითარებასთანაა დაკავშირებული. მიმდინარე წლიდან, ახალგაზრდებისთვის ალტერნატიული გზით განათლების მიწოდების მიზნით, გიორგიმ საფუძველი ჩაუყარა სამაგიდო კლუბ „განჯაფას“, რომელიც წარმატებით მასპინძლობს სამაგიდო თამაშების მოყვარულებს.
ქეთევანი გორის მუნიციპალიტეტის გამყოფი საზღვრის პირას მდებარე სოფელ ხურვალეთიდანაა. მას მუდმივად აწუხებდა თავის თემში არსებული პრობლემები და ფიქრობდა, თუ როგორ შეიძლებოდა, ადგილობრივებს მათ გადაჭრაში დახმარებოდა. საბოლოოდ, თავის დასთან, ლია ჯავახიშვილთან ერთად, გადაწყვიტა, დაარსებინა სოციალური საწარმო, სადაც დევნილთა დასახლებაში მცხოვრები ქალები დასაქმდებოდნენ.
კონკურსი "ახალგაზრდები თემისთვის" ორგანიზებულია ევროკავშირის მხარდაჭერით, პროექტის „EU4Youth: სოციალური მეწარმეობის ეკოსისტემის განვითარება (SEED) მწვანე ზრდისთვის საზღვრისპირა რეგიონებში“ ფარგლებში, რომელსაც ახორციელებენ CENN, Green Lane (სომხეთი) და კახეთის რეგიონული განვითარების ფონდი (საქართველო). პროექტის მიზანია სამხრეთ კავკასიის რეგიონის ფარგლებში, ახალგაზრდების სამეწარმეო პოტენციალის განვითარება, სოციალური მეწარმეობისა და მწვანე ინოვაციების გზით. |
With the support of the European Union, dedicated to the International Youth Day, CENN held the Youth for Community competition for the people living in Shida Kartli, Kakheti, and Samtskhe-Javakheti regions.
Within the competition revealed 4 winners in the following categories:

Iiman Borchashvili is a young environmentalist living in the Akhmeta municipality, specifically in Pankisi Valley and studies in a public school in the village of Duisi. Iiman is keen on environmental issues since 2018 when she was involved in the Niko Ketskhoveli School Award, and ever since she, with her friends, is actively participating in activities aimed at tackling environmental problems.
By developing ecotourism and gastro tourism, Nia aims to strengthen the local community and promote Dzama Valley as a tourism destination. To achieve her goal, Nia opened a guest house “Bokneti” which offers an authentic environment and culture to tourists. The hotel’s electricity needs are generated from solar power.
Giorgi lives in Gori and, since childhood, has actively been involved in voluntary work. His interests are diverse and the majority of them are related to youth and community development. From 2021, Giorgi created a board game club “Ganjafa” to provide education to youth in an alternative way; Board game club successfully hosts people enjoying similar youth activities.
Ketevan is from Gori municipality, the village of Khurvaleti, located on the border of the occupation line. She always worried about the local issues and was looking for ways to support her community in overcoming those challenges. Eventually, Ketevan and her sister, Lia Javakhishvili, decided to start up a social enterprise that would give working opportunities to local IDP women.
The "Youth for Community" Competition is organized as part of the EU-supported project "EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) for Green Growth" implemented by CENN in partnership with KRDF and Green Lane (Armenia). The aim of the project is to discover the entrepreneurial potential in the most vulnerable municipalities and to promote entrepreneurship opportunities among youth. | |||||||||||||||
