We also look at Ukrainian farmers’ readiness for EU requirements, Tajikistan’s hydropower plans, and emerging climate initiatives in Kyrgyzstan.

In the global section, we highlight the role of climate cooperation in global stability, the declining attention to climate issues in security forums, and growing disagreements over the EU carbon market.

Participants will be able to join a working group, take part in a series of webinars and meetings, and jointly develop recommendations and a roadmap for the Global Mountain Summit “Bishkek+25.”

As always, we close the newsletter with current opportunities for activists, researchers, and experts.

Best regards,
