COVID_19 - ით გამოწვეულმა კრიზისიმა მსოფლიო უამრავი ახალი სირთულის წინაშე დააყენა. შედეგად, ე.წ. „ეკოლოგიური გაჯანსაღების“ („Green recovery”) ინიციატივები მეტად პოპულარული გახდა, რის საპასუხოდაც, საქართველოში, სომხეთსა და აზერბაიჯანში პროგრამა „ეკოსერვის“ (გარემოსდაცვითი პროგრამა, რომელიც საქართველოში გარემოს დაცვისა და სოფლის მეურნეობის სამინისტროს და გერმანის საერთაშორისო თანამშრომლობის საზოგადოების (GIZ) ერთობლივი ძალისხმევით ხორციელდება) ფარგლებში, მზადდება იდეათა კონკურსი „GreenOvation” (Green Innovation Challenge). კონკურსის მიზანია, გამოვავლინოთ ის სირთულეები და მათთან გამკლავების გზები, რომლებიც შექმნილ კრიზისულ მდგომარეობას შეამსუბუქებს და კონკრეტულ გამოწვევას ინოვაციურ და ეკო-მეგობრულ გადაწყვეტას მოუძებნის.“ეკოსერვის“ საქმიანობის სფეროდან გამომდინარე კი გვსურს, აქცენტი გავაკეთოთ გარემოსდაცვით საკითხებზე. მაგალითად, გარემოსდაცვითი განათლების და ინფორმირებულობის მიმართულება, ტყითა და ტყის რესურსებით სარგებლობის ღირებულებათა ჯაჭვები - ხე-ტყე, ნარჩენი, ეკოტურიზმი, არამერქნული რესურსები, ენერგო ეფექტურობა და სხვა.
კონკურსი შედგება რამდნეიმე ეტაპისგან: (1) პირველ ეტაპზე შეგროვდება და შეფასდება კოკურსანტების მიერ გამოგზავნილი გამოწვევები (2) შერჩეული გამოწვეების საპასუხოდ, მეორე ეტაპზე, კონკურსანტები გზავნიან ამ სირთულეების ეკო-მეგობრულ და ინოვაციურ გადაწყვეტას (3) საფინალო ეტაპი - შერჩეული კონკურსანტების მიერ პროექტების წარდგენა და ჟიურის მიერ გამარჯვებულების დაჯილდოვება.
პროექტში მონაწილე თითოეულ ქვეყანას (საქართველოს, სომხეთს, აზერბაიჯანს) ეყოლება ერთი გამარჯვებული, რომლებსაც ამ იდეის განსახორციელებლად გადაეცემათ ფულადი პრემია, 10 000 ევრო. პრემიას უზრუნველყოფს პროგრამა ეკოსერვი (GIZ).
იდეების განთავსება შესაძლებელი იქნება- ვებ-პლატფორმაზე (https://greenovation.hypeinnovation.com), რომელიც 23 მარტიდან იქნება ხელმისაწვდომი. შეკითხვების შემთხვევაში შეგიძლიათ გამოიყენოთ GreenOvation-ის facebook გვერდი: (https://www.facebook.com/GreeNovation-104165051757259).
თვალი ადევნეთ კონკურსის ვებ გვერდსა და Facebook გვერდს, გაგვიზიარეთ რომელია თქვენთვის საინტერესო სფერო და/ან უფრო მეტად აქტუალური საკითხი თქვენთვის და თქვენი თემისთვის, რომელიც ყველას ერთად დაგვეხმარება კრიზისის დაძლევაში და შეამსუბუქებს ჩვენს ირგვლივ არსებულ სირთულეებს.

The crisis caused by the COVID_19 pandemic has posed many new challenges to the world. As a result, the so-called “Green Recovery” initiatives have become very popular, in response to which a GreenOvation (Green Innovation Challenge) idea competition is being organized in Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan under the Ecoserve programme. The competition aims to identify the difficulties and ways to deal with them, which would mitigate the current crisis and find a green and innovative solution to a particular challenge. In line with the scope of “Ecoserve”, we would like to focus more on environmental issues like Environmental education and awareness, Value chains for the use of forests and forest resources - timber, residues, eco-tourism, non-timber forest products, etc.
The competition consists of several stages: (1) In the first stage, the challenges submitted by the contestants will be collected and evaluated. (2) consequently, there will be another call for the “GreenOvative” solutions to respond to the selected challenges, and (3) the final stage is the pitch and award ceremony. Each participant country (GE, AZ AM) will have one winner who will be awarded the financial prize provided by Ecoserve.
The ideas will be submitted to the web portal https://greenovation.hypeinnovation.com/ that will be launched from March 23 and will be publicly available. Who can participate? – Anyone be it a natural person or an organization individually or as a team. Information on Greenovation can be found either on the Website or interested persons can contact our Facebook page https://cutt.ly/Pz3s469 in your local language (GE, AZ, AM, EN).
