Subject: Living Earth How to confuse the
public
The “I Love CO2” campaign is acting in order to
saturate the communication space with the meme “CO2 is good.” This one does that
indirectly, wrapping the idea into a series of “facts” designed to give the
impression that “science” supports the idea that CO2 is a good thing, except for
a few alarmists who continue to push their doomerish views for their personal
gains. This is how a professional disinformation campaign works. It is based on
confusion, saturation, and repetition.
